AWARDS & RECOGNITION

I have recognized and provided Awards for the past 30 years of my mobile and wireless analyst practice. These Awards and other forms of Recognition have been well-received by the mobile, wireless and IoT industry.

 The most important aspect of the Mobilocity Awards program is that they are not determined by ‘pay to play.’ You don’t ‘buy’ a Mobilocity Award. Rather, I determine those who should be given an award along with input from others in whom I respect in the industry. I then announce them and explain why they are being given an award.

After the Award has been announced, then I provide the use of the Mobilocity Award for a small licensing fee that is based on the size of the company and how they plan to publicize it. I believe this is the fair and proper way to provide awards – objective with no financial payment required to receive the award but, after that, a small licensing fee in order to help the company receiving the Mobility Award to promote it.
